Justin Lynch has been making women beautiful for over 35 years. The talented hair designer, who trained under Vidal Sassoon, began his career in a small multi-cultural salon Florida but quickly rose to the top of his game and opened his own salon in Palm Beach at the young age of 26. His big personality and even bigger heart are what makes this master of balayage a favorite among the Palm Beach smart set. Justin’s client list boasts some of Hollywood's most beautiful women including Carrie Underwood, Sharon Stone, Brooke Shields, and Stephanie Seymour. He quickly became the go-to stylist for celebs in Palm Beach including Celine Dion, Kelly Clarkson, Michelle Visage, Christina Milian, Mya, Brooke Hogan, Train lead singer Patrick Monohan, Cameron Silver, and many more. His artistic talent has been featured on the runways of many A-list designers including Gwen Stefanie’s Lamb runway for fashion week, Oscar de la Renta, Valentino, Chanel, and Badgley Mischka. His work has been featured in the pages of Harper's Bazaar, Instyle, Town & Country and many others.

Justin has always been an active member of the Palm Beach community and an avid philanthropist. He has made supporting charities an integral part of his busy career. Justin has given his time to many committees including The Glitz at Ritz and The Red Cross Ball, and for the last 25 years has been involved in LGBTQ events from Miami to Palm Beach. He is never afraid to roll up his sleeves and get involved. He has been known to open the doors of his former salon for events including a private salon day for the Little Smiles Stars Ball children and families, a private fundraiser for MisFit Dog Rescue, and many Business Alliance Mixers for Compass.

He even won the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year and walked the runway for The ARC of the Palm Beaches Wild Pants Party.

Most recently Justin has focused on supporting Little Smiles and Compass, working behind the scenes for The Little Smiles Stars Ball and Holiday Toy Drive, as well as Compass’ Stonewall Ball and Cocktails for Compass at Club Colette Palm Beach. He and his team also regularly donate services and beauty baskets to private schools’ galas and other fundraisers throughout Palm Beach County.

Justin’s current charitable endeavor is Beauty Changes Lives mentoring future stylists and fundraising for scholarship programs with fellow celeb stylists.

After 28 years as a salon owner, his bicoastal growth in the beauty industry was inevitable and he has moved into a new chapter of his career. These days you will find Justin enjoying this new chapter, traveling as an educator for his favorite brands, residing in Palm Springs, and mentoring new stylists at MeTime’s West Palm Beach location. He thrives on continually introducing new trends and innovative techniques, while making his clients smile and feel their best.
